Goose Island Bourbon County Stout 2021

Back in 1992, we changed the beer industry with the introduction of Bourbon County Stout. Since then, year after year the team continues to outdo themselves to bring forward amazing beers and new, innovative flavors and this year is no exception. We are still changing the way beer is appreciated and perceived as we continue to lean into the different flavor profiles that specific barrels bring to BCS. In addition to ‘barrel’ variants we are still finding new, exciting and delicious adjunct variants that work great with BCS including this year’s Classic Cola and Prop. This truly is a full brewery team effort every year to concept, brew, package, market, sell and get these beers out the door to retail and into the hands of our fans.
